Manager, Retailer E-Commerce Jobs

Job Summary:
The Manager, Retailer E-commerce, Americas Digital Transformation Team will report into the Senior Manager of E-commerce and be responsible for day-to-day account management functions for Pure-Player accounts as well as helping to drive top and bottom line results through detailed r.com merchandising and marketing optimization.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Drive growth for Shiseido Americas brands’ (Shiseido, Cle de Peau, Drunk Elephant, NARS, and Fragrances) e-commerce businesses with Wholesale & Pure-Play accounts
Assist Executive Director and Senior Manager in project managing setup and process flow for new accounts across the organization
Track Retailer.com weekly competitive market and utilize analytics tools to report on SAC performance; Think Big on new opportunities to gain market share
Generate and analyze e-commerce key metrics using ADX tools to provide actionable steps to grow and strengthen each brand’s business on an ad hoc/monthly basis; become a subject expert matter with these tools and metrics
Drive adoption of ADX tools related to Search Engine Optimization, Inventory Management, Ratings & Reviews, and Asset Management
Manage SKU catalog and assets for Pure-Player accounts for all brands
Co-lead with Senior Manager monthly transversal and brand retailer.com meetings
Act as liaison to develop trusting relationships with external and internal .com partners and strategize growth together
Gain an understanding of the different visions each retailer has for their e-commerce sites, their unique customer bases, and the role that each of our brands play
Become a subject matter expert on .com accounts and communicate knowledge/educate cross-functional teams on how to work best with them and to advise on tactics for onsite search optimizations
Maintain best in class marketing practices handbook related to Advertising, CRM, E-mail Placement, Site Placement, Digital Media, Social Strategy, and Digital Events to maximize exposure, increase sentiment, and drive targeted reach to customers
Prepare reports and executive presentations for the ADX team
Creatively solve executional issues that present business risk
Work closely with brand teams, marketing teams, and planning teams to unlock synergies
Qualifications & Competencies:
College degree and 5+ years experience in retail, e-commerce, consulting, or business strategy
Experience working with direct to consumer or wholesale e-commerce accounts
Proven track record driving results in account management (must be familiar with assortment strategy, marketing plans, e-commerce sales tactics and key metrics)
Comfortable with analyzing business performance and making recommendations
Ability to work independently and in an ambiguous environment
Strong sense of ownership, urgency, organization, and attention to detail
Proven success in project management & communicating effectively with cross-functional teams
Collaborative and positive, demonstrating professionalism
Amazon SellerCentral experience is preferred but not required

Salary :
$93,480 - $140,220/ year
