We are looking for a results-driven experiential producer and event manager with a proven track record of helping produce activations and events that vary in size and scope. You should be open to working flexible hours, including some nights, weekends, and holidays. 10% to 15% travel may be required.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Drive experiential and event production from client discovery and objective-setting to creative ideation and development, preshow production management, and on-site delivery through postshow production and wrap-up
  • Act as the direct point of contact for internal project managers and vendors regarding project-specific production-related issues
  • Source event locations, venues, local production talent, and vendors across various cities and regions
  • Pursue new business opportunities through education and relationship-building with internal stakeholders and external prospects
  • Build vendor relationships, qualifying all production vendors and suppliers to ensure that they meet latitude standards while exceeding client expectations
  • Craft, track, and manage project timelines and schedules; create and reconcile activation budgets; handle billing and purchase orders; and process invoices
  • Oversee client timelines and budgets, ensuring delivery that meets clients’ expectations and benefits clients’ budgets
  • Facilitate event logistics, including on-site setup and breakdown as needed
