Job Description
Reports to: Sr Director of CRM/Automation/Experiential Events
Location: Dallas, TX (Required)

We are looking for a Director of Experiential Events to lead both our in person and digital brand building and business growth events team.
The Director of Experiential Events will collaborate with marketing, acquisition and agency colleagues as well as the brand team and partners to deliver elevated & luxurious IRL and digital experiences consistent with the LTK brand. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking leader with proven experience bringing live events and experiential activations to life. We're looking for someone with a strong vision for event strategy, programming, budget management, team motivation, as well as experience creating strategic event opportunities with our brand partners. Key candidates will have deep knowledge in creator commerce and/or high end fashion brand events as a whole. Additionally, an ideal candidate should have proven success planning and managing multiple events simultaneously.
Responsibilities
  • Ability to collaborate with video, content, social, creative & leadership teams to deliver extraordinary experiences with aggressive deadlines.
  • Deliver post-event debrief/surveys and generate full loop feedback
  • Manage & maintain event budgets
  • Provide guidance and direction on invitation strategy, materials & content
  • Lead event planning and execution efforts across LTK including strategy, programming, planning, budget management, and post event performance reporting.
  • Develop field marketing support structure to regionalize LTK brand affinity and acquisition opportunities.
  • Lead event technology efforts for in person and hybrid programming, including in-depth knowledge of full production process and audio-visual requirements
  • Lead contract negotiation and support vendor relationships
  • Support building event opportunities and partnerships between LTK and our brand partners.
  • Generate knowledgeable venue options and recommendations
Education, Work Experience, Skills
  • Experience with CRM, webinar platforms, event planning software, Asana, excel, Periscope & powerpoint preferred
  • A four-year degree is required
  • Eye on brand affinity growth & ROI
  • Lead, mentor & support a small team of exceptional events marketers
  • Curious mind-set with ability to pivot quickly
  • 10+ years’ experience in event planning in a fast-paced professional fashion and/or creator/influencer industry preferred.
