Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Branch Manager in Saginaw, MI. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and sales of the branch. Managing the Customer Service team and Warehouse, including managing staff, developing and implementing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience in Hydraulics or Mechanical Engineering
  • Ability to manage staff and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies
