- $35,360 - $49,920 per year depending on experience and education level
- Monday - Friday with flexible work schedule (typically 7am - 5pm)
- Possibility of a hybrid work schedule in the future
- 40 hours per year of unpaid sick time
- Availability to elect employee-funded Dental and Vision as well as comprehensive policies such as short-term disability, accident & cancer care.
- Company-funded life/AD&D insurance.
- PTO (40 hours after 90 days and 80 after one year)

- Maintaining our Plumbing and HVAC Agreements
- Recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue
- Clean background check and drug test
- Warm and friendly personality
- Oversite/Maintenance of Company social media sites & Marketing
- Goal-oriented team player attitude is a must.

- HR Generalist type duties, including onboarding of new
- Communication skills
- Organized, detailed oriented, and consistent follow through.
- Assist in Month end closing procedures
- Prepare/Assist / Review/ - bi-weekly payroll
- Willingness to learn and grow in your career
- Assist in External Audits
- Reporting on Daily Revenue
- Additional duties as required assigned by the Controller
- Assist the Controller/Accounting team, in the review of monthly financial statements for accuracy and GAP compliance
- 1-3 + Years Billing, A/R, HR, Payroll Experience Required
- Intermediate to Advanced excel/Microsoft Office user
- Ensuring proper and timely Billing and management of outstanding A/R
- Perform Account reconciliations
- Assistance in A/P Dept as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Accounting/Finance or HR degree is a plus.
