- Direct installation of improved work methods and procedures to ensure achievement of objectives of the program
- Participate in the hiring, orientation, and development of staff
- Implement and supervise the administrative policies and the provision of all services
- Coordinate annual IDG Committee and Governing Body meetings, as well as assures quarterly UR/QI (Performance Improvement) Committee meetings are held
- Ensure adequate staff education and evaluations
- Review, evaluate and directs revision of existing policies and procedures
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record
- At least two (2) years of administrative or supervisory experience in home hospice or related health program (hospital, nursing facility, or home health, etc.)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
