Responsibilities


Position Description


The Administrator administers, organizes and directs ongoing functions for the community and teams they serve. As an Administrator you will:


  • Direct installation of improved work methods and procedures to ensure achievement of objectives of the program
  • Participate in the hiring, orientation, and development of staff
  • Implement and supervise the administrative policies and the provision of all services
  • Coordinate annual IDG Committee and Governing Body meetings, as well as assures quarterly UR/QI (Performance Improvement) Committee meetings are held
  • Ensure adequate staff education and evaluations
  • Review, evaluate and directs revision of existing policies and procedures


Qualifications


Qualifications


  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • At least two (2) years of administrative or supervisory experience in home hospice or related health program (hospital, nursing facility, or home health, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
