Bmw Service Cashier Jobs

Perform a diagnosis and report back to management with work that is required and await authorization.

Keep informed of all safety guidelines of management and other agencies, especially the disposal of hazardous waste.

Take all required and suggested training, keeping a record of classes and certification completed.

Minimum of 2 years’ Service Technician experience required

BMW Service Technician experienced preferred

Inspect vehicles and advise Sales Department regarding required work.

Communicate with fellow servers, bartenders, managers, and customers effectively and efficiently

Previous guest service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Serv Safe Certification or equivalent safe alcohol service course completion

Must be able to manage in a fast-paced work environment

Must have great customer service skills

Reynolds and Reynolds knowledge is a plus!

Assist with scheduling service appointments for customers.

Verify service and parts invoices are closed properly with the correct pay codes.

Guaranteeing checks through the UTA guarantee system following policy guidelines
