JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring for a strong Real Estate Investment Associate. The ideal candidate will have expertise in multifamily and commercial real estate processes and regulations. Additionally, an established market network and connections are highly desirable.

• Develop and maintain industry relationships with private and institutional retail, commercial real estate owners, investors, and service providers to promote new business development and source new deals
• Close deals and serve customers in a professional and efficient manner
• Deal with a high volume of calls and emails and prioritize and organize appropriately
• Advise clients on their individualized real estate investment strategies
• Serve as an integral part of a team, working on an active pipeline of deals while developing your own book of business
• Prospect new client relationships and referral sources
• Stay on top of industry trends and attend networking & industry events

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication, strong negotiator, and proven track record in sales preferred but not required
• Superior analytical, comprehension, and creative problem-solving skills
• An established network of contacts to source transactions and the ability to create new business channels is preferred
• Self-starter with the ability to manage your own schedule and priorities
• An active Real Estate Sales license or ability to acquire before starting

COMPENSATION
