Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Taking customer service and problem resolution to a new level is what you will do as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative on Consumer Call Center Team. Duties/Responsibilities

• Other duties as assigned.
• Works effectively in a team environment.
• Maintain professionalism with difficult customers.
• Provide excellent customer service via telephone, email, and online chat.
• Resolve problems with products using company resources.
• Manage detailed communication with customer, while maintaining high level of service using active listening and communication.

• Creates a win-win resolution to problems.

Job Requirement & Qualifications

• Bilingual: proficient in English and Spanish.
• Fluent Spanish speaking Skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Strong English comprehension and good command of grammar.
• Commitment to providing resolution to customer issues on the first contact.
• Prior customer service experience in a call center environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $21.50 per hour
