Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Upload various NACHA files for approval/daily.
• Forward prepared invoices to Ameris AP for keying into Avid/Ascend 100 and key invoices into Avid/Ascend 400 for approval and payment processing via ACH and/or Check.
• Assist in obtaining and maintaining accurate vendor information.
• Generate property tax reports.
• Review/process deposit refund requests.
• Audit transaction details submitted by funding department.
• Prepare invoices for upload and proper coding into Avid/Ascend system. Invoice customers for a variety of charges per their transaction.
• Ad hoc projects assigned per Management.
• Complete Title Review Requests submitted via Title Review Task Queue.
• Book transactions in on-boarding database (LeasePlus).
• Maintain/respond to items received in AP shared inbox.
• Complete AR tasks as assigned through the AR Task Queue.
• Receive/enter wire request from Business Center for funding purposes.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

• Detail oriented
• Proficient in Excel
• Ability to multi-task

Industry and Work Experience:

• 0 - 1 years of accounts payable/data entry experience, does not need to be industry specific.

Academic:

• High school diploma or GED required.

Salary Range $42,518 - $59,525.
