B2B Collections Specialist (Remote)

Compensation Range : Starting at 19.00/hr, based on experience

What you’ll be doing:

• Submit customer refund requests, prepare, and review account adjustments, resolve customer discrepancies and short/over payments
• Review daily orders held for credit review to determine if the order should be released, to ensure credit is not exceeded or that the customer has a past due balance
• Identify and resolve disputed / billing related issues
• Monitor & communicate credit & payment concerns to management
• Collection of receivables overdue by customers via phone or email

What you bring to the table:

• Excellent negotiation, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; both verbal and written
• Ability to get tasks accomplished in an efficient and timely manner
• Attention to detail with impeccable follow through
• Ability to multi-task & prioritize workload

Qualifications :

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B collections, accounts receivables & credit experience required

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor’s degree
