We are looking for an individual who shares this same commitment to quality and professionalism in day to day business endeavors and can provide a positive, high level customer service.

To convert phone inquiries into sales appointmentsSupport sales consultants and internal staff as neededAdditional administrative assistant duties as needed

Answer all incoming callsCall potential customers gathered from various lead sourcesSchedule appointmentsConfirm all sales appointmentsManage multiple calendarsTake accurate notes during phone conversationsRedirect calls to appropriate person when neededData entry

Positive attitudeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEnthusiastic, professional phone presenceExperience handling moderate to high call volume, such as in a receptionist or call center environmentComputer and software savvyAdaptabilityAbility to develop positive working relationships with co-workers, customers & vendorsAbility to pass a drug test and background screeningAbility to respond positively and effectively to various changing situationsCustomer focused, results oriented; strong work ethicAbility to work independently to reach goals
