In a typical day you will:
  • Answer 40-50 inbound/outbound (dialer) calls a day
  • Assist customers that are 1-2 months behind on their mortgage and resolve the delinquent payments
  • Assist customers with payment arrangements, escrow items and other issues
  • Discuss Mr. Cooper customer benefits like Paperless, Mobile App, Web and IVR

Think you're qualified? Here's what we're looking for:
  • 1 or more years customer service experience
  • 1 or more years collections/mortgage solutions
The finer details:
  • 6 weeks paid virtual training – equipment is provided.
  • Must reside within 60 miles of local office.
  • First 90 days attendance required for training.
  • Hourly rate is $17.00 an hour
  • Eligible for monthly bonus and incentive rewards!
  • Hours of Operations: Monday - Thursday 7am – 8pm; Friday 7am - 7pm; and Saturday 8am - 12pm.
  • Work schedule after training will be based on the business hours listed above
