The Opportunity


This position works out of our Columbus, OH location in the Nutrition Division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. The Associate Program Manager supports the Therapeutic Nutrition Institutional Marketing in delivering business objectives including management of coupons, field sales force materials, gratis, conferences as well as marketing budget. This role works across Therapeutic Nutrition Institutional brands such as Ensure, EleCare, PediaSure Peptide, Juven, etc. Opportunity for advancement within Marketing following demonstrated success in the Associate Program Manager role


What You’ll Work On


  • Oversee Coupon Approval System including setting up coupons in the system, creating bar codes and tracking coupons across Therapeutic Nutrition
  • Manage NDC (National Drug Code) inbox partnering with Reimbursement Manager
  • Support conference management including attendees, speaker programs, booth creation and execution, etc. for conferences such as FNCE, ASPEN, NASPGHAN, etc.
  • Oversee third party partners in managing gratis inventory for various programs as well as providing forecast and developing an internal dashboard for tracking
  • Support Institutional Marketing team in budget management including setting up scopes of work, routing Purchase Orders and assisting in invoice tracking
  • Develop and maintain a consumer and HCP metrics dashboard
  • Develop and lead a process for Field Sales Force materials including managing inventory, ensuring compliance, maintaining materials website for Therapeutic Nutrition Institutional products
  • Provide reporting for reimbursement support system partnering with external partner who manages the program
  • Manage submissions for Medical, Legal and Regulatory approval
  • Lead coupon approval process including high value coupons that require senior leader approvals


Accountability / Scope / Budget


Selected candidate will be accountable for supporting tactical objectives associated with driving Therapeutic Nutrition Institutional brand sales. Actions and decisions will affect attainment of financial goals and objectives.


Required Qualifications


  • Proven ability to develop and execute complex strategic business plans
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to attain business objectives
  • Strong communication skills
  • Financial and budget management experience and skills
  • Education Requirements: BA/BS Degree in Marketing or Communications
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, account service or project management
  • Demonstrated success in project management

The base pay for this position is $56,700.00 – $113,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
