Director Of Marketing Jobs

At Canvus, we’re proud of the products we provide to our valued customers. We’re looking for a highly skilled Marketing Director to help explode the growth of Canvus. The ideal candidate will have extensive social media experience, and must be able to lead a team of writers and designers. The role also requires a deep understanding of what makes people tick, as well as a drive to deliver solutions that make a difference.

• Lead development of marketing strategy by working closely with other leaders, creatives, content providers, to create effective plans focused on growing the audience for our products and services
• Oversee and grow the marketing department by identifying revenue opportunities through social media and PR initiatives
• Conduct meetings regularly with the team to resolve challenges, and brainstorm possible solutions, and provide training to ensure team is consistently performing above standard
• Project management, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, and promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales
• Identify short- and long-term scheduling and resource needs to explode the Canvus brand.
• Spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns, including test and control group segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations
• Collaborate with business team to uncover insights for developing marketing and branding strategies for existing and new products.
• Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for marketing team.

Requirements

Successful track record in senior marketing role and campaign creation

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Experience in digital content marketing, and social media marketing

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications

Grit and drive to provide unique and groundbreaking content

Desire to grow professionally through ongoing education
