Job Description

Associate Program Manager

Compensation Depends on Experience

Indefinite Contract

Monday – Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Columbus, Ohio

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working day to day with digital properties such as websites and apps, online tracking systems, expertise in Microsoft Office required
  • Works closely with multiple cross-functional teams including development team and marketing systems (including Learning Management Systems)
  • Primarily responsible for helping to build out and maintain the brand websites


Who we’re looking for:

  • Agency account/client service experience managing full-service needs (including social)
  • Marketing Background is preferred
  • Team player
  • Project management capability
  • Easily able to pivot and collaborate with both brand and agency teams
  • Proactive thinking
  • 1 to 2 years of agency experience preferred
  • Incredible attention to detail
