Our Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) role is a leadership position. Our QIDPs are CHAMPIONS for our residents and fulfill an integral role in the development and happiness of our residents.
Responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of programs and services for the individuals served in accordance with current State and Federal regulations that govern an ICF/IID.
Specific Duties:
Coordinate agency QIPD activities, including but not limited to Individualized Progress Plans, Interdisciplinary Team meetings, behavior plans or strategies, and timeliness of quarterly narratives.
Ensure development of, or be directly responsible for, developing, implementing, training, and monitoring skill acquisition programs and goal directed activities using instructional methods and positive reinforcement related to individual personalized plan objectives.
Conduct monthly and quarterly review and analysis of IPP making appropriate revisions, conduct training as needed and implement change in Plan.
Ensure services needed are coordinated i.e., Physical Therapy, Occupation Therapy, Speech therapy, Psychology, Dietary, etc.
Responsible for services to the individuals i.e., assessment, implementation of objectives, data collection, progress reporting and timely revisions.
Monitoring of all individual activities, take appropriate program corrective action and make recommendations for disciplinary corrective action to the Administrator.
Assure Title XIX plan of corrections and other required paperwork are in place and standards observed in a timely manner.
Participate in admission and discharge meetings, or transfer meetings for community and residential clients, assuring meeting participants receive timely invitations to meetings.
Establish and maintain a cooperative relationship with parents/guardians and residential providers.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of personal computers. Ability to make independent decisions and communicate effectively. Knowledge of regulations pertaining to a long term care facility.
Education, Training & Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Social Science field and one-year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Valid Oklahoma Drivers License.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year - negotiable for outstanding candidates
