Job Description
The Online Associate plays a crucial role supporting bumbleandbumble.com for US and CA, helping drive the brand’s online strategy forward while ensuring a best-in-class consumer experience. This position reports into the Director of eCommerce, Bumble and bumble Online.
Responsibilities Include
PRODUCT / SITE OPERATIONS SUPPORT
  • Monitor stock reporting to ensure accuracy of onsite product status (i.e. coming soon, pre-sell, new, limited edition, saleable, out of stock etc).
  • Monitor site for bugs and work with the Customer Experience team for resolution (including ticket logging, testing and communication of fixes). QA special ecommerce projects and partner with appropriate Digital Operations teams to find solutions to ensure adherence to launch dates and other key milestones
  • Manage sample inventory/allocation, kitting requests, and stock transfers to support online programs
  • Develop a comprehensive “super user” understanding of the tools necessary to load and maintain product details and offers. Responsible for utilizing those tools to execute commercial programming on-site, updating site content including merchandising, promotional offerings, imagery/assets, etc.
  • Maintain updated promotional calendar with all offers and distribute to key stakeholders including Customer Service, Sales team and all vendors
  • Serve as the team’s main point of contact for Customer Service and Operations for all promotions, marketing plans, new products and consumer questions and issues; Work with senior team members to resolve Customer Service issues. Occasionally On-Call to respond to Customer Service escalations, demonstrating sound judgement and problem-solving skills to provide timely resolutions in an autonomous manner
  • Conduct ongoing user testing and quality assurance processes on all new offer codes and new products to ensure accuracy, browser compatibility and highest quality user experience. QA in development, stage, and live environments to ensure accuracy of product details and content linking strategies. Manage these processes end to end
  • Responsible for ongoing maintenance and update of the product database, including addition of new products (gather product details/images/copy) and continually monitoring/changing outdated information (e.g. discontinued products, price, etc.)
MARKETING / CONTENT SUPPORT
  • Own and distribute meeting notes from team status to drive actions and next steps
  • Support broader ecommerce team by ensuring all site promotions are properly set-up, scheduled and QA'd on site prior to launch
  • Assist in the various aspects of performance marketing (Email, Social Ads), including asset delivery, testing, approvals and scheduling with a high-level of precision and accuracy
  • Support the asset creation process by assisting E-Commerce Manager with comprehensive creative briefs, reviewing with the Online team and completing submission to the creative team
REPORTING
  • Create templates for .com data consumption including but not limited to: promotions, A/B testing, loyalty, high-touch services, code redemptions, etc
  • Assist with ad-hoc, weekly, and monthly reporting for internal and external purposes by utilizing data from reporting tools like Google Analytics, Looker and Business Intelligence to regularly monitor site experience and merchandising to maximize performance and revenue.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ online marketing and e-commerce experience
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,500 to $90,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
