Our team is in full growth mode and seeking a highly motivated eCommerce Operations Associate ready to roll up their sleeves and optimize our Amazon accounts! Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will manage the day-to-day account health, be responsible for performing full audits across our brands, resolve inventory/content/ticketing issues, and coordinate process improvement opportunities. In addition, you will work with Tech to keep product information in our database up to date. The role allows you to explore many parts of the business and is an excellent opportunity to grow, both the business and yourself.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Health & Ops

• Conduct audits on all Amazon listings and proactively resolve any issues
• Stay abreast of new Amazon listing compliance rules and make strategic recommendations to ensure our listings remain healthy
• Manage the Amazon case tracking process through regular follow-ups and relay information to appropriate teams on the status of the issues
• Collaborate across teams to set timeline goals via Asana for launching new products on Amazon
• Oversee the brand registry application process and management of trademarks across new and current brands
• Monitor our Account Health and address inventory issues such as stranded inventory, restricted ASINs, duplicate listings, unfulfillable inventory, etc on a daily basis
• Set up new brands and products in our database and own the Amazon listing creation process by creating/managing feeds

Inventory Management

• Reconcile purchase orders with invoices to ensure everything is accurate between vendor charges and what was sent and received on Amazon and our 3PL warehouse
• Monitor stock levels and facilitate timely placement of purchase orders
• Maintain vendor records and files in support of purchasing functions and duties

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Strong technical and research skills
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, or any eCommerce platform a plus
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets knowledge (formulas & macros)
• Knowledge of SQL, HTML, and/or Photoshop a plus
• Self-motivated and analytical thinker with attention to detail
• Familiarity with nutritional supplements and beauty products is a plus
• IP trademark and copyright experience a plus
