INTERMIX Associate Site Merchandiser

The Brand team at INTERMIX is looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual to execute the online merchandising and assortment strategies, using product ownership and excitement, a strong sense of taste, site analytics, industry trends and competitive research to ensure a superior customer shopping experience. The individual will be responsible for achieving conversion goals, supporting product sell-through and facilitating brand positioning.

Responsibilities

• Execute a merchandising strategy, pairing analytics with an eye for great product and styling, and an understanding of seasonal trends
• Continuously monitor and audit the website to ensure a compelling experience
• Arrange product/update pages to support editorial content and email marketing
• Work with the buying team to understand key investments, performance, etc.
• React to feedback and changes in business, updating assortments as needed; use data to help inform decisions where applicable
• Create and maintain custom product assortments for all category pages as well as curated shops
• Manage the product onlining process end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate production and working with cross functional partners to do so
• Balance commerciality with the fashion credibility of the site
• Assign attributes for each product before onlining (liaise with Buying and Marketing as necessary to accurately reflect the product and themes of the season)

Requirements:

• Willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary
• Extremely detail oriented
• Ability to work autonomously and generate ideas beyond execution
• Strong aptitude to meet deadlines, both independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated & proactive with a positive attitude
• Salary Range: $55-60k/yr
• Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud a plus
• Assertive, adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• 2-3 years in a merchandising role
• Understanding of ecommerce luxury retail and familiarity with the fashion landscape
• Team player with great intrapersonal skills; able to work well with cross functional partners
• Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills
• Inclusive, positive, creative and enthusiastic
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with and present to individuals at all levels
