Job Summary


This role will support the entire retailer.com team assisting with all 30+ retailer accounts. They will report to the Bobbi Brown & Bumble and bumble Retailer.com Executive Director. The role will primarily be responsible for online retailer asset trafficking, QA, reporting & merchandising. In this role you will get exposure to many facets of Ecommerce including: marketing calendars, site merchandising, sampling execution, relationship building, and Quality Assurance (QA). Candidate should be highly organized, meticulous, and comfortable with excel, data management, prioritization, attention to detail, and QA.


Asset Management


  • Partner with Global Assistant Manager to develop global asset checklist for our Consumer Engagement & Creative teams.
  • Track retailer utilization of assets and encourage use of all provided assets on their platform.
  • Lead NA asset checklist for any NA specific product page requests.
  • Develop and implement all Syndigo content with our Creative Content Hub partners.
  • Deliver necessary product assets to support online retailer launches/campaigns utilizing all retailer specific request forms, custom naming conventions and digital asset delivery platforms to ensure on time launch.
  • Manage the trafficking and development of all media assets for digital campaigns run at our retail partners.
  • Maintain MDW Basics and send over to retailers to reflect discontinued products, changes in price, merchandising changes, etc.
  • Review monthly assets with Retailer.com Executive Director for approval and provide feedback to creative/copy when necessary.
  • Pilot the PIMS project advocating for our retailer needs & giving meaningful feedback to engineers.
  • Brief both copy and creative on basic asset needs for the product page & sampling programs; track requests and escalate delivery concerns to ensure on time launches.
  • Compile information from global marketing and copy into the Master Data Worksheet (MDW)
  • Support the Executive Director in large scale projects ie. Copy Revamp, Hero Sku Content Audit, etc.
  • Partner with Account Management, Trade Marketing and Sales Planning to determine correct assortment for each account to ensure accurate delivery of content.


Quality Assurance


  • Ensure that products are merchandised in an optimal positioning and escalate issues or enhancements in a timely manner
  • Make sure correct sampling offers are live and have proper qualifier; utilizing the side by side calendar
  • Alert the retailer if there are discrepancies and manage the resolution
  • Keep detailed product video tracker, notify retailers of expired videos, and manage timeline for removal.
  • Continually QA retailer sites for accuracy in all marketing, and merchandising.
  • Monitor retailer websites for accuracy including product assortment, prices, sizes, shade names, spp videos, use it with products, etc.
  • Routinely QA new launches at the beginning of each month to ensure all assets and copy are being utilized properly and updates are timely; Keep detailed tracker of progress.


Reporting/Analysis


  • Maintain shared marketing calendar with bb.com team implementing major retailer events for Global VP.
  • Pull weekly sales from Data Warehouse for Retailer.com Executive Director and team.
  • Compile and organize the monthly sales recap template; extract key insights, recommend action.


Marketing/Merchandising Support


  • Maintain retailer.com contact list & manage sending out of comps in coordination with Trade Marketing Associate.
  • Responsible for consistent auditing of retailer’s sites to ensure all marketing and merchandising strategies and programs are executed in accordance with the marketing calendars and side by sides including: gift guides, price point navs, promotional/seasonal navs etc.
  • Take screen grabs of retailer sites and maintain the mockup library with historical placements.
  • Maintain side by side calendar with sample programing and marketing exposure by retailer.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $26.75 to $39.75. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
