Job Description

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Larisa Designs, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:


Answering incoming calls promptly and accurately, entering relevant information into the company system in a timely manner.

Providing the best possible customer service to all callers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and efficiently.

Listening attentively to customers, understanding their needs, and responding appropriately to achieve customer satisfaction.

Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

Utilizing the right methods and tools to provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.

Documenting customer complaints, issues, and feedback, and offering appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time limits.

Following up on customer interactions to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, including account processing and document filing.

Collaborating with other team members to share knowledge and improve overall customer service performance.

Adhering to company policies and procedures, including maintaining customer confidentiality and data security.
