Job Description

Our client is an award-winning global revenue operations company partnering with marketing, customer success, and sales leaders to help them drive growth and customer delight at scale. They are seeking an ingenious Art Director with in-depth knowledge of graphic design, animation and motion graphics design. Prior B2B technology, SaaS, and Newage Internet experience are a must. You will work in a creative, fast-paced environment that requires proven leadership and vision execution by partnering with cross-functional departments to translate business and marketing objectives into ideas that are clear, compelling, and visually exciting.


  • Collaborate with the Servicing team to help with new pitches.
  • Manage the delivery pipeline in partnership with the head of the production studio, keeping quality standards and checks in place.
  • Develop creative briefs based on ideas from brainstorming sessions, with direction, schedules, and deliverables for the creative team.
  • Obtain team approval of final layouts, storyboards, illustrations, and UX screens; encourage members to provide feedback; and respond to internal commentary and requests.
  • Responsibilities: Conceptualize campaign/content vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, website content, social media, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with managers, designers, writers, other marketing team members, and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate concepts, themes, and messages are represented effectively and consistently for the business objective(s) and audience(s)
  • Team up with Strategy and Client Services Leadership to understand client goals, strategy, and feedback.
  • Partner with an ACD Copywriter and the Design team for the development and execution of campaigns and projects, including the entire lifecycle, from conception through execution of final deliverables.
  • Be an expert in doing it before it’s been done, and know current trends and what’s next. Performs strategic and next-level creative thinking to create innovative solutions across multiple channels.

Requirements:

  • Experience with B2B technology, SaaS, and Internet Companies
  • Minimum of 5 years experience with B2B Technology/ Enterprise clients
  • Solid knowledge of photography and video production
  • Strong creative vision with attention to business objectives
  • Strong conceptual knowledge of UX, graphic design, type, and page layout skills for projects ranging from print to interactive to broadcast
  • Experience in B2B creative agency processes
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline
  • Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Exceptional ability in typography, layout, UX Design, and prototyping
  • Highly skilled in leading a team of creatives
  • 7+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with four or more years in a management role
