Job Title: Assoc. Corporate Counsel

Location: Greater Washington D.C. (MD) – Hybrid

Compensation: $200,000 - $240,000 (+ Bonus)

We offer consulting services to Pharmaceutical companies and urgently need a dynamic Assoc. Corporate Counsel to join our legal team. If you have 5+ years of law firm/in-house transactional experience within an FDA regulated environment, then this is a perfect fit for you!

In this role, you will:

• Respond to Regulatory Inquiries
• Support outside counsel on litigation matters
• Provide company-wide advice and guidance on legal compliance issues with regards to HR issues, including Employment and Contractor Engagement
• Draft, review, and redline a variety of transactional documents (including Master Service Agreements, Engagement Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Waivers, Employment Agreements, Non-Reliance letters, Statements of Work et al.)
• Manage complex legal projects under the direction of the Corporate Counsel and the CLO/CFO
• Research applicable statutes, codes, and case law as needed to perform company objectives Interact with and advise clients

Must Have Skills:

• 5+ years of Transactional Experience (with both In-house and Law Firm roles)
• JD from an U.S. accredited law school
• Good standing with the state bar in MD, VA or NY

Nice to Have Skills:

• Pharmaceutical experience or experience within an FDA regulated environment is a HUGE bonus
