Position Overview
We are looking for a full-time Project Associate to work within the Project Management team who will assist in managing internal facets of client projects. You will support the creation of products for association, commercial, government and non-profit clients.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in job trafficking and staff utilization.
  • Maintain ongoing workflow documents and processes, including updating weekly status reports, opening jobs, completing change requests, and requesting/monitoring/tracking production estimates.
  • Support the establishment of realistic schedules and budgets for internal distribution and client approval.
  • Facilitate monthly project billing/client invoicing
  • Assist in managing projects from original concept through final implementation.
  • Manage project creation and user administration in Workfront.
Requirements
  • Enjoys working in a matrixed, fast-paced setting.
  • Possesses positive, flexible attitude that will lend itself to client service.
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as to work independently.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in project or account management, marketing, communications or related field within a public relations agency or a similar position.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
