As an Associate Brand Manager for the Colgate team, you will be part of a fast-paced team delivering growth for Colgate. You'll drive growth strategies and bring breakthrough innovation to life for our customers & consumers.

What you will do:

• Engage with the sales team to provide thought leadership for retailers and drive omnichannel strategies, with a focus on delivering growth via digital commerce.
• Work on a brand team where you’ll play a critical role in driving profitable growth, inclusive of P&L ownership.
• Participate in robust training and frequent mentoring and coaching.
• Develop and activate against people-centric insights, driven by a keen understanding of culture, customers and data synthesis.
• Take charge of developing business and portfolio strategies for core toothpaste portfolio, identifying priorities & developing workstreams against them.
• Lead everyday operations, including performance analysis, budget management, forecasting volumes and facilitating communication between key stakeholders.
• Partner with key subject matter experts in developing high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns (including PR) and innovation concepts.
• Provide strategic leadership, motivate and manage a cross-functional team to drive business priorities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Sales or related fields
• Self-directed, creative individual
• Demonstrated leadership of large cross-functional teams
• Key involvement in Business Analysis, Marketing Plan development, and cross-functional project management
• 3 years of prior experience, preferably in Marketing or Sales

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with syndicated data
• Experience working in consumer product goods
• MBA

Salary Range $100,000 - $131,250 USD

Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
