What You Will Be Doing

Job Family Description:

Provides support for the business lines to intake and facilitate customer requests to generate new accounts and service existing customers.

Job Function Description

Interacts with Business Development Officers (BDO) to receive credit applications, perform the background investigations, set up the records in the system and alert the appropriate credit underwriter of pending applications.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

Provides ongoing communication with underwriting teams and agents.

Data entry.

Participates in special projects as needed.

Assists Underwriters with filing.

Research potential accounts and issues/exposures.

Education

High school diploma (Req). Two-year Associates degree or some college experience is preferred.

Work Experience

Related experience and/or training, 0-3 years

Demonstrated strong attention to detail as well as ability to independently multi-task and prioritize daily work.

Proven excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize with timely follow up.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate and act decisively.

Ability to demonstrate conduct conforming to a set of values and accepted standards.

Ability to participate in needed learning activities in a way that makes the most of the learning experience.
