Assistant To Creative Director

The Assistant to the Creative Director is responsible for all communications with the Creative Director. His/her responsibility is to provide support to the Creative Director by channeling all information and managing daily work and schedule.

· Point-person for all contacts and coordination for CD

· Responsible for diary and organizing meetings, events, conferences, appointments and ensure CD’s calendar is aligned for all projects.

· Responsible for booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodations

· Ensures that all important tasks and deadlines are met by CD

· Only when specified by CD is responsible for typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence

· Responsible for reconciliation of CD monthly expenses

· Responsible for miscellaneous tasks provided by CD

· Maintain components library and assist with keeping the studio organized

· Organize color card, protos and samples

· Organize shipment to the brand, keep the brand informed of the status of the shipment and follow up when answers are need it

· Attend and participate in meetings; take meeting notes, type and issue notes recap with the manager and follow up whit how is need it

· Help with mood-board seasonal color palette received from the brand

· Follow up with material research and seasonal color palette

· Participate in project design, develop concept and sketches and renders.

· Assist team in preparing for design presentations and in various stages of design as required

· Ad hoc projects as needed
