Assistant To Creative Director

Marketing, Branding and Creative Studio is looking for an Assistant to the Creative Director with 3-5 years’ experience. Job requires assisting the Executive in all facets of the day to day.

The Assistant to the Creative Director is responsible for all communications with the Creative Director. His/her responsibility is to provide support to the Creative Director by channeling all information and managing daily work and schedule.

• Ad hoc projects as needed
• Assist team in preparing for design presentations and in various stages of design as required
• Responsible for booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodations
• Ensures that all important tasks and deadlines are met by CD
• Maintain components library and assist with keeping the studio organized
• Help with mood-board seasonal color palettes
• Point-person for all contacts and coordination for CD
• Responsible for reconciliation of CD monthly expenses
• Participate in project design, develop concept and sketches and renders.
• Follow up with material research
• Attend and participate in meetings; take meeting notes, type and issue notes recap with the manager and follow up whit how is need it
• Organize color card, protos and samples
• Responsible for diary and organizing meetings, events, conferences, appointments and ensure CD’s calendar is aligned for all projects.
