Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Supply Chain Planning
Responsibilities
  • Document the end-to-end process, project scope, requirements to prepare a detailed project
  • Analyze the customer data for each phase of the SI&OP process to enable data-driven
  • Ability to handle a team of >12 people.
  • Appropriate strategic decisions aligned with the business plan for the year.
  • With timelines & deliverables during each time period.
  • Organize / actively engaged in workshops, recurring meetings with the key stakeholders.
  • Expertise to provide business solution on Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, S&OP,
  • Forecast risks during the implementation cycle and create a detailed mitigation plan.
  • Recommendations.
  • Play a pivotal role in every S&OP cycle, mediate discussions & ensure right business
  • Decisions are made.
  • Expertise to model the user interface and report generation for the business users.
  • Etc.
  • Executive governance meetings with all information & data.
  • Outputs.
  • Design & constantly monitor S&OP KPIs, report it out to stakeholder and participate / support
  • Work closely with global teams to ensure timely & flawless service delivery.
  • Expertise on requirements gathering to transform client As Is process.
  • Ensure penetration of applications, processes, and systems to streamline supply chain
  • Across the business.
  • Partner with the client and implement S&OP-Sales, Inventory & Operation Planning process
  • Collaborate with multiple business functions to identify their priorities and help clients make
  • Analyze functional requirements of clients and make data driven & KPI focused
  • Results.
Manager, Supply Chain Planning
  • Expertise to handle master and transaction data and ability to translate the data to
  • Meaningful insights using data processing logic.
  • Configure the application modules based on the change requests/enhancements post go-live
  • And deliver them to solve deep operations/supply chain problems.
  • Create and execute workflow and data analytics test-cases.
  • Configure and model the planning tool to translate and automate the business process.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Services Industry will be a plus.
  • Graduate (BE)
  • Team handling experience.
  • APICS CPIM/CSCP Certified
  • Min. 8 years of work experience in Supply chain planning
  • Postgraduate in Supply Chain
  • Preferred qualifications
Preferred Skills
  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end supply chain operations, preferably in the
  • Experience in APS(example : Kinaxis RapidResponse) tool will be a plus.
  • Industrial businesses APICS Certification preferred (CPIM / CSCP).
  • Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting.
  • Is necessary.
  • Systems like SAP.
  • Analytical/ Problem Solving mindset with excellent Communication & interpersonal skills
  • With global teams.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office suite including MS Excel, MS Access and ERP
  • Ability to deliver projects / deliverables with minimum supervision & experience working
