Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist lead editors in assembling footage into rough, fine, and final cuts while maintaining project organization.
2. Sync multi-camera sequences and manage media and project archives.
3. Implement graphics, transitions, and other visual effects in Adobe After Effects.
4. Collaborate closely with directors and producers to ensure the vision and message of the video is effectively conveyed.
5. Conduct regular software updates and maintain the integrity and organization of editing workstations.
6. Coordinate with other post-production departments like sound and color to ensure seamless integration of all elements.
7. Provide input during the storyboarding and scriptwriting phase, utilizing your experience to optimize the post-production process.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2+ years of professional editing experience, preferably in music videos and commercials.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
3. Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work.
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
5. A reel/portfolio showcasing your previous work.
6. Basic understanding of sound design, color correction, and other post-production processes.
7. Detail-oriented, with an innate ability to tell compelling visual stories.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
9. Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or a related field is a plus.
