Online Tefl Teacher (Remote Position)

People with Passion Human Resources Consulting is currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Online TEFL Teacher to join our remote team. As an Online TEFL Teacher, you will be responsible for providing engaging and effective English language instruction to primary and secondary students located overseas. You will work from the comfort of your own home, and receive support and guidance from experienced educational professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate students’ progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials based on students’ needs.
• Plan and deliver online English language instruction sessions to primary and secondary students.
• Attend scheduled team meetings and training sessions.
• Collaborate with other teachers and academic professionals on curriculum development and student performance.
• Adhere to quality standards and best practices for online language instruction.
• Ensure that class materials, including audio and video components, are up-to-date and effective.

Requirements

• A high level of proficiency in using computers and technology.
• Excellent English language skills, including oral and written communication.
• A reliable internet connection, a quiet place to work, and basic computer accessories.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and other team members.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• A TEFL/TESOL certificate and a minimum of two years’ experience teaching English as a foreign language.
