About The Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Inventory management and clearing accounts from assets through cost of goods sold
• Financial and trend analysis projects to ensure the financial health of the company.
• Maintain accurate financial software (QuickBooks online) records for banking, reconciliations, and accounting details.
• Accounts Payable; review, approval and remittance of payables to vendors and partners.
• Accounts Receivable; customer invoicing, payment processing, statements, chargeback management and collections.
• Experience with inventory life cycle - P.Os, receiving inventory, entering vendor invoice against inventory, landed cost, freight, partial orders, etc.
• Preparation of monthly financial reports and year end schedules for tax filings.
• Utilize cloud-based ERP software (Brightpearl) for customer order and inventory management.

Skills And Qualifications

• Previous experience in tax compliance, including knowledge of nexus or economic nexus in different states.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• 5+ years' experience in accounting; eCommerce experience is preferred.
• Solid general ledger foundation that can step in to assist with month end close and day to day transactions.
• Proficiency in cloud-based software applications for financial, inventory and order management. QuickBooks Online experience is preferred.

Salary

• $80k to $90k DOE
