We are seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Artist Management Assistant. As an Artist Management Assistant, you will provide essential support to our artist management team, helping to facilitate the careers of our talented artists and ensure the smooth operation of various artist-related activities. You will have the opportunity to work closely with artists, agents, promoters, and other industry professionals, gaining valuable experience in artist management.This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about music and looking to start/ further a career in the music industry.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and distribute promotional materials, press releases, and marketing assets
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate effective communication and project coordination
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new trends, emerging artists, and industry opportunities
• Assist in managing daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
• Support in the coordination and execution of events, concerts, and industry showcases
• Assist in coordinating artist schedules, including travel arrangements, studio sessions, performances, and other engagements.
• Assist in maintaining digital and physical music libraries, including cataloging, organizing, and managing files
• Provide assistance during recording sessions, rehearsals, and live performances
• Stay up-to-date with industry news, trends, and best practices

Requirements:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• New York,NY based or willingness to relocate at own expense
• Experienced in Short form content creation for social media platforms
• Bachelor's degree in music, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
• Previous experience in artist management, music promotion, or related fields is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with digital audio workstations, music streaming platforms, social media platforms, and online marketing trends
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in using productivity software such as Google-G- Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and cloud-based collaboration tools
• Passion for music and a strong understanding of the music industry landscape
