Art Supervisor - Social Studio

Job Summary
We're looking for an entrepreneurial Art Supervisor for our creative social studio, who is passionate about designing pixel-perfect work across conceptual campaigns for a range of global healthcare, beauty, and corporate companies. In collaboration with Designers, Animators, Copywriters, and Creative Directors, this person will help develop powerful visual messaging in digital, social, and experiential forms. Our ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative and has a collaborative spark, and is interested in creating across a variety of mediums to tell a client story.
What You’ll Do

• Participate in client presentations (when appropriate), verbalizing the thoughts behind the idea while tying it back to the communication objectives
• Collaborate with Creative, Account, Strategy, Production, and other teams to ensure work is on brief, on time, and within budget.
• Concept, design and produce compelling, consistent creative assets that reflect the clients’ brands across all mediums.
• Produce and oversee multiple projects at once, incorporating feedback from Creatives and other team members.
• Clearly and expertly present work to internal members of the team, including Creative leads, Account team members, and Partners
• Deliver final assets to internal and external teams in collaboration with your creative team.

Required Skills/experience

• Social Media experience is a must.
• Online portfolio and/or work samples required as part of application.
• Proven ability to work with diverse creative teams including creative directors, art directors, copywriters, etc.
• BA or BFA in graphic design, media arts, animation or related field preferred.
• 8-10 years digital + animation experience, including social savvy
• Previous work in Beauty, Skincare is a massive plus.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; animation and design is required; illustration and 3D skills are a plus.
• Experience working on photo shoots and with outside vendors (illustrators, editors, retouchers, audio engineers, etc) a plus.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude in a fast-paced and ever-changing space.

Pay Range: $100,000 - $125,000
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
