Production Studio Coordinator Jobs

My digital audio client has an opportunity to be a part of the production operations team. We are looking for a production operations coordinator to handle digital assets and metadata in the production studio.

• Entertainment/online media/publishing experience required
• This will be a contract, hybrid in NYC (Tuesdays and Wednesdays)

The Production Ops Coordinator will work with production assets for licensed content, coordinate end-to-end business processes with local content teams, perform data entry and maintenance within several key databases. You will also be collaborating with internal and external partners to create, streamline, and systematize data and processes

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with the studio content teams to monitor progress and ensure productions release on schedule, with proper digital assets and data.
• Deliver weekly reports to internal stakeholders—track and maintain data integrity in systems
• Respond to internal and external inquiries, relay last-minute production information, and troubleshoot issues.
• Track and deliver recording assets and metadata for productions.
• Act as liaison between external partners, business team, and production studio.
• Support the production studio pipeline.
• Review production processes for opportunities to optimize the customer experience.
• Discuss process problems, drive process improvements, and requirements in order to reduce churn and elevate the "content creator" experience.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with customer process improvements.
• An autonomous worker, with organizational and analytical skills.
• 3-5 years of experience in a media, publishing or production studio environment is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from accredited university
• Experience with database concepts and best practices.
• Experience in a fast-paced time sensitive environment.
• Demonstrate focused attention to detail.
• Fluent in Outlook, Excel, MS Word and Powerpoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce, Airtable CMS systems
• Intermediate or Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Amazon experience and/or experience in an entertainment or publishing field.
