About the Role:


Job Title: L2 Support Technician


Key Responsibilities:

  • This includes diagnosing reported problems within the application suite to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
  • The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (by telephone, or via remote access) in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required.
  • We are seeking a Tier 2 Support Technician. This role provides Technology/Application Support to end-users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's Salesforce application suite environment.

Must Have:

  • Manage elevated access requests Analyze integration issues and data flows
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards across functional groups
  • User access rights management
  • Ability to provide day-to-day technical support to Salesforce Users globally (L2)
  • Deliver documentation on how to use Salesforce solution Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems, escalate and track problems appropriately
  • Create and maintain report types


Location: Remote (Preferred Tampa)



Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $39,520 - $49,920 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skill, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
