The role:

I am currently working with a leading world class Investment Bank who facilitate to a cleaner and more sustainable future. They provide support in M&A, Capital raising, project finance and tax equity advisory, focusing on clean power, sustainable technologies and the infrastructure market. The company are looking for an experienced finance professional who displays strong knowledge in tax equity partnerships and the transactions process. You will be a core member of the group by supporting within financial modeling and materials preparation while leading the executions of tax equity related investment banking.

Responsibilities:

• Leading day to day aspects of solar, wind, energy storage, and other renewable energy assets
• You will support internal technical training initiatives while building sector expertise in the renewable and conventional power generation, power and utilities and energy technology space
• You will take part in business development activities to further enhance the companies growth initiatives
• Supporting the companies investment banking mandates while completing financial models and structuring of tax credit strategies

Essential Skills/ Experience:

• Bachelors degree required , finance or account degree is preferred
• Background in renewable energy, which will include 2+ years of experience structuring, modeling and/or executing tax equity transactions
• Excellent financial modeling skills with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• A keen interest or knowledge of renewable energy, infrastructure or energy transition
