Americredit Dealer Relationship Manager

Overview:Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between dealer and FundsNow to resolve any funding issues Work with the Funding Managers and Team Leaders
• Develop business plans to align with corporate goals
• Effectively manage and market assigned dealer relationships to achieve all quality, pricing, and volume objectives
• Support and market all GM Financial/AmeriCredit Products
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Identify and resolve dealer issues presenting excessive risk to GM Financial, ie, portfolio issues, fraud, buy-back, dealer agreement violations, dealer personnel, etc
• Demonstrate the value proposition of GM Financial to assist the dealer to sell more new and used vehicles
• Analyze dealer-specific data using reporting tools and take appropriate action
• Conform with all company policies and procedures
• Achieve Field DRM key performance criteria
• Responsible for collection of monies owed to GM Financial
• Maintain effective communication with dealers and appropriate internal partners

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of consumer lending policies and procedures
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
• Knowledge of dealership operations and indirect auto finance industry
• Knowledge of marketing and operational trends and tactics

• Able to meet deadlines and establish objectives
• Effective time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Good business development skills
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
• Must be proficient in computer software such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to professionally represent GM Financial
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and people skills
• Excellent sales and marketing skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• 0-2 years successful sales, prior credit underwriting, prior ancillary preferred

• Some travel required
• Strong focus on providing quality service to internal and external customers
• Subject to stressful situations
• Work a flexible schedule including extended business hours, weekends and holidays

Salary: The base salary range for this role is: USD $67,600.00 to $124,900.00. At GM Financial, we strive for transparency in all aspects of our business, including pay equity. This is the GM Financial pay range for this role and job level. The exact salary and compensation will vary based on factors like knowledge, skills, experience, and education. This role is eligible to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. Full time employees are eligible to participate in health benefits on day one of employment.
