Manage and develop strong relationships with senior decision makers, influencers and day-to-day operators across a portfolio of Dealers.

BA or BS preferred, or equivalent experience required.

Excellent and proven verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Experience using Salesforce, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Effective time-management skills that allow you to plan, prepare, prioritize and execute the above activities but maintain a proper work-life balance

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

0-2 years successful sales, prior credit underwriting, prior ancillary preferred

Thorough knowledge of indirect finance products (retail and lease)

Manage expenses to maximize monthly budget while still maintaining good expense discipline

Experience managing large sales territory with in-depth and meaningful meetings

Work closely with Executive managements and Sales Department to ensure overall success, financial health, and best business practices of all dealers.

5 year(s): 5 years at a supervisory or management level.

Serve on strategic internal SMO committees and Industry committees as requested by Executive Management.

Manage external vendors and partners.

5 - 10 years: Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in motor vehicle industry (motorcycle preferred)

Demonstrated experience and background in dealer relations with corporate activities a plus.
