Account Relationship Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and growing our business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in staffing sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
We are a dynamic staffing company with multiple offices all over DFW, and are always seeking experienced talent to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential staffing needs of clients and match their requirements with our available resources
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Prospect and develop new business relationships with potential clients
- Attend networking events and other industry events to develop new business leads
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure effective delivery of services to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A deep understanding of the staffing industry and current market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Strong presentation and proposal writing skills
- A consultative selling approach and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proven track record of success in staffing sales with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience
