If you have previous sales experience and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment, this position offers you some great opportunities! Reporting to the Admissions Manager, you will coordinate admissions for all incoming and potential clients, answering all their questions throughout the admissions process. We'll provide you with pre-screened, warm leads and your main responsibility will be to close the sale. This will include ensuring a match between the potential client's needs and the various Centered Health facilities, services and programs.
You also will act as a liaison between the client and the facility they will be admitted to, ensuring the client is well-versed in the rules of the program and treatment expectations. The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills as you will be in constant contact with the client and the client’s family and/or guardians.
You'll work on-site at our Culver City office, which is located convenient to the 405 freeway, Monday - Friday from 9am to 5:30pm. We'll look to you to be flexible about working occasional overtime as the business needs arise. This is a bonus-eligible role, with the hourly rate beginning at $25 per hour.

- Interacting with individuals and their families who have suffered effects of drug addiction and who may have mental health issues.
- Providing accurate information on the process of addiction and recovery to clients and their families.
- Obtaining personal information from a caller for financial obligations, medical/mental health necessities, legal obligations, family/social support, and employment/employer information.
- Answering phone calls for referral to treatment.
- Completing all intake documents, preparing, and developing treatment file at time of patient admission.
- Earn a competitive wage plus quota-based bonuses; you'll support all our treatment centers, giving you plenty of opportunity to hit those targets.
- Sell our mental health treatment programs, working with pre-qualified warm leads and guiding potential clients to close the sale.

- The ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- 1+ years of sales experience, ideally in a call center environment.
- Experience with high-touch, high-need customers is a plus.
- The ability to exercise professional judgment in performing day-to-day activities, ensuring adherence to Centered Health policies and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a customer service mindset.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Solid problem-solving skills, patience, strong communication skills and the ability to stay focused on completing projects.
- Computer proficiency, including the ability to enter data and navigate among different systems quickly.
- A genuine desire to work with the population served.
