Admissions Coordinator :

The HealthStaff Training Institute (HSTi) Admissions department strives to provide personalized attention and support to every student.

Each inquiry and school visit are of the greatest importance to the school and to the student.

The role of Admissions Coordinator requires excellent communication and administrative skills with a focus on student support, recruitment and retention at HSTi.

Admissions Coordinator :

• Work persistently as part of the HSTi team towards student number goals.
• Assist administrative staff when needed.
• Arrange and proctor the on-line certification testing.
• Work withteam membersto ensure student eligibility, including but not limited to verification of vouchers, contracts and other necessary documentation.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
• Provide continual point of contact from initialinquiry to final enrollment.
• Effectively participate in events, practices and strategies to drive student recruitment and enrollment opportunities.
• Provide information, advice, and timely follow ups to all students from initial inquiry through enrollment.
• Interact closely withInstructors, Admin staff, and case managers, with regards to the smooth approvals, transitionsand support arrangementsof newstudents.
• Field incoming calls, make lead calls,respond rapidly and effectively toinquiries received through, email, texts, social media, and in person.
