- Excellent organizational and accountability skills, takes initiative to follow up with internal colleagues, outside counsel law firms and department specific partners to meet critical deadline dates.
- Assist with onboarding of new team members.
- Work in matter management and e-billing software and provide support for requesting POs and processing contracts and invoices.
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 to 3 years’ of administrative work experience, or AA degree with 4 years’ administrative work experience, or 8 years’ of administrative and project support experience. Experience in a corporate compliance department and/or project background preferred.
- Experience with pharmaceutical industry and/or in the Compliance field helpful
- Strong problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
- Some project management experience preferred
