What you'll be doing:

As an Operations Assistant, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations. You will work directly with our Chief Of Operations and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, optimize resource allocation.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Helping with internal setup and onboarding of new hires
  • Monitoring and analyzing operational performance metrics
  • Creating and sending Trial Projects to potential hires
  • Sharing company announcements and updates with the team
  • Sending and tracking account receivables (clients and tech partners)
  • Helping with other internal tasks
  • Qualifying candidates and schedules interviews
  • Confirming platform access and form submissions
  • Assisting with project management and coordination
  • Sending employment and service agreements to new hires and potential clients
  • Helping with new client onboarding and internal setup
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Helping with candidates recruiting using recruiting engines and internal data base
  • Tracking and approving of all account payables for full and part-time hires and external consultants
  • Assisting with performance tracking and scheduling
  • Tracking Customer Experience and sending reminders to the leadership team

  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management softwares (Notion, Click-up...)

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistantor Office Admin Assistant
