Job Description

Administrative Manager (Operations) – PureHD LLC

DESCRIPTION

The role of an Operations Administrative Manager is to support the team in delivering effective and timely installations and support of PureHD’s High-Definition Commercial Free-To-Guest (HD-FTG) video systems pursuant to the support specifications outlined in each contractual agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, customer interfacing, administrative support to Vice President of Operations and supervision of Operations administrative staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

  • Supervision of Customer Care Communications associate and Fulfillment manager.
  • Create support job quotes.
  • Review and submit service call site invoices.
  • Handling administrative aspects of on-boarding new independent contractors.
  • Contract Management for installs and service
  • Secure Approvals of installation and service call contractor invoices.
  • Scheduling installation surveys, installations and as needed service calls.

Technical Skill Sets  

  • Ability to quickly learn PureHD’s capabilities and demonstrate sound project management skills.  
  • Ability to collaborate efficiently and effectively in a team, process-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio. 

Qualifications

  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills 
  • Customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in English and possess excellent verbal and written communication aptitude. 
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in remote locations. 
  • A college diploma or combination of relevant education and work experience is a must. 

Hours

  • Not a remote position.
  • Monday-Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
