Duties & Responsibilities:
Executive/Administrative Support:
- Create internal surveys and compile and communicate the results.
- Coordinate Executive Leadership team travel and expense reports while adhering to the Huntington travel and expense guidelines.
- Create & communicate internal company communications and announcements
- Organize, plan, and assist in company meetings and events that include but are not limited to: Town Halls, customer events and dinners, internal meetings, and training sessions.
Office Manager:
- Work with Huntington Bank enterprise team to contact to schedule Iron Mountain requests.
- Order office supplies and work with vending machine contacts to schedule routine maintenance.
- Act as the primary contact for the Glenstar building management team.
- Submit building and office equipment work orders on an as-needed basis.
- Onsite contact for vendors and office visitors
- Schedule quarterly content reviews for HEF internal website with executive leadership team
Mail Support
- Prepare packages, create shipping labels, and send outgoing mail. Scan, file, and retrieve ILOCs, Titles, and Power of Attorney documents upon request.
- Obtain, sort, log, scan, and distribute all incoming USPS mail, UPS and FedEx packages.
- Order mailing supplies and stamps.
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years' experience in customer service, event management, or office management.
- Bachelor's degree

- Ability to effectively participate in cross functional project teams
- Self-motivated, self-aware, and self-regulated
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new situations and processes
- Degree in accounting, finance, business, or economics
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage up, down and across the orgnanization
- A critical thinker with the ability to prioritize Strong attention to details and inquisitive mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
