Office Coordinator - Hr Assistant

This position will assist with managing office communications and facilitating key tasks and procedures.

Job Duties

• Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
• Filing and organizing records, invoices and other important documents
• Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, email and mail
• Assist with Recruiting and Onboarding of new hires
• Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
• Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxed, mail and packages
• Answer and direct phone calls or take messages for appropriate parties

Job Qualifications

• 1-2 years of HR experience preferred
• Ability to prioritize work
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as phones, printers, etc.
• 2-4 years of experience providing administrative support preferred
• High school diploma/GED
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint, in particular)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
