Job Description
Running a company while trying to keep yourself involved with all the goings on around the office is tough. At Happy Quill Press everything has to be cohesive or publishing doesn’t go well. As CEO, I oversee all publishing, Social media accounts, training, Final edits and approval prior to publishing. With all these responsibilities it is no secret a personal assistant is necessary.
But this is not just a “go get coffee” type of assistant. You will work side-by-side with me.
Responsibilities:
Comprising emails to team members
Circulating memos
Connect phone calls
keep schedule orderly
Organize meetings and schedule team leader training
Qualifications:
Must have High school diploma or GED
*Extra points if you have a Certificate in hospitality or equivalent
Must love books and reading
Organization Skills
Multi-tasker
Not shy

Pay increase after Probationary period
Pay between $15-$17 ph

* You do not have to be a resident of Pasco County as long as you are ok commuting
