Job Description

Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist in meetings and manage the calendar
  • E-mails
  • Welcome and greet visitors with a high level of professionalism
  • Organize and support supplies
  • Take inventory of office supplies, order as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Organize mail and accept deliveries
  • Accounting paperwork
  • Answer and direct calls on busy multi-line phone system
  • Support management and aid with other various administrative duties
  • Trouble-shoot and assist with technical issues

Plus, if you are:

  • Excellent and effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Knowledge and high aptitude of technology
  • Proficient with Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Etc.
  • Advanced organizational skills, professional demeanor, and the discipline to learn and create new processes.
  • 1-2 plus years of office experience
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player who excels in a fast-paced environment
